WHERE INNOVATION MEETS TRADITION IN BALLET
London Ballet Theatre is a non profit Organisation
Our Founder
Debbie Flevotomou MA, PG Dip Arc, Dip Arc, BA (Hons) ARB, RIBA
Debbie Flevotomou is the CEO and Founder of London Ballet Theatre, established in 2018 with a transformative mission to break down barriers in classical dance and make ballet dynamic, accessible, and deeply immersive. As an architectural designer, artist, industry patron, and university lecturer she brings a uniquely multidisciplinary vision to the stage—blending classical ballet technique with live music, spoken-word storytelling, and cutting-edge projection technology. Under her leadership, LBT has delivered over 25 fully staged productions with a 100% sell-out rate, including reimagined classics like Romeo & Juliet, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast. Combining executive arts leadership with spatial design innovation, Debbie continues to shape LBT as a pioneer in modern, immersive ballet.
